What is the refund policy?

There isn’t one! All sales are final and no refunds are expressed or implied.

How many reels will my ad show up on?

Each school district has its own “social channels” and followers. The number of reels that are displayed is based on market activity thus if there are no sales, listings, expires etc, there will be no reel produced on that day. Purchasing an ad only guarantees you a spot if a reel is created.

Where is this data from?

All data is from the IDX system as allowed by the West Penn MLS Service.

What about unforeseen technical issues?

The amount of data that is processed in making these reels is tremendous and submitted across over 600+ social media accounts - technical difficulties will happen and are expected to some degree. Many factors are at play like, account freezes, outages, and system failures. We strive to keep these to a minimum but many are out of our control. In the event of any issues - we must maintain the no refund policy.
